Platekompaniet received the big honor to present a brand-new track from Kaizers Orchestra's new album Maskineri to the Norwegian listener!You can download the song here, and it is for free!
- Apocalypse is probably the song that we practiced most beforehand. It is a rock song in true Kaizers spirit, and it's got a structure that is a bit beyond the usual four-four time. At the same time, it is really catchy, and maybe this is Kaizers at their most monumental ever here. It is actually one of our own favorite tracks on the album, Janove Kaizer tells us.
So what do you think about free downloading?
- We think it is great that people can check out our stuff, so they don't need to pay for something where they don't know yet if they will like it. But having said that, of course we hope that those who like what they hear will actually buy our music afterwards. It always depends on the buying audience whether we can make more albums, so we depend completely on the economic support as well. But of course we must gain people's favor before we can expect somebody to buy our music, that is fair enough.
So we'll hope that people like what they hear!
