The newspapers agree in their excitement about the Kaizers concert at Øya!- It was a lot of fun to play the Oslo festival again, Rune Mink says.
- The atmosphere was probably coined a bit by the fact that it was the first day of the festival, rain in the air and a bit early in the evening, but I think we managed to loosen people up quite well. For us, the gig was a lot of fun in any case!
The papers agree this time as well. Stein Østbø from VG thinks that Kaizers sounded fantastically tight at Øya and gives five stars, Peter Vollset from Dagbladet wonders if Kaizers are just very used to being on stage or if they are very happy to be on stage. He decides for the last option and also gives five stars. Dagsavisen and Stavanger Aftenblad are also reporting about Kaizers today, and apart from that we can mention that Geir and Helge will show up on Oslo TV at 5.30 pm today! So there's a lot of media footage about Øya.
Kaizers are facing a busy festival tour now, mostly abroad, with fifteen concerts up to September.
- Summer and festivals, yes, we get a good dose this year. But this is a lot of fun, people are so happy and satisfied at festivals, you know, and it's great to be the center of the joy.
