The tickets have only been on sale for one weekend, but several of the cities of the "Violeta Tour" are close to sold out already!Actually, the two concerts at Folken in Stavanger are already sold out, Bergen is likely to be today or tomorrow, and the tickets for Samfundet in Trondheim are also disappearing very fast. It's Kaizermania out there!
- You never know if the audience is still interested. We held a low profile for a while, and I've heard that this can have different effects, so it is amazing for us to see that people really want to come and see us live again, Geir Kaizer says. He just heard about the tremendous ticket sales!
- Actually we are both pleased and surprised. We have a very good feeling about the projects that we have going on the next years, and it seems that we share this with the Kaizer fans. We have an ambitious plan to take Kaizers to new heights, and it's great that people want to experience that first hand. This feels very good!
- Stavanger and Bergen are sold out already after the first weekend of sales?
- That is really awesome. The Stavanger and Bergen audience is our oldest and most loyal audience, so it's no wonder that the sales are best there. But we also regard Trondheim as home in a way, as some of our best gigs have been at Samfundet. And Oslo is always amazing as well, and this time it will be extra unique with the show at Spektrum. No, this is just great!
- You play only five concerts in Norway for now, probably there will be more later on?
- Yes, we'll do a small, exclusive round now, partly because we'll play at Spektrum on April 9 and don't want to have played all other towns before we get there, and also because we have a European tour coming up in March/April before we start into the summer festival season. But we've got three albums and many tours coming up, so we start out a bit quietly, but we promise to take it up later. Anyone who wants to will be able to see us in the next years. There is a lot to look forward to here!
