August will be a busy Kaizer month, but before the kaizerly Augustus (emperorly, whatever =;-)) month starts, the bucket-ballet will be out on weekend tour.

- We will play three concerts this weekend, confirms Minken Trommis for Kaizer News.

- The first on a Swedish festival that is called Storsjøyran. This will be one of the two Swedish gigs we do this year.

- You play more in Switzerland than in Sweden, how come that you don't appear more often in "du gamla du fria" (note: "you old, you free (north)", national anthem of Sweden)?

- We did several concerts there last year, very good concerts indeed, but the progression probably doesn't really come. We sold about 400 Ompa albums, Evig Pint hasn't even been released, and we don't do any of the big festivals this summer. So there's a lot of damage to make up for and that after Jahn Teigen was in Sweden as the last Norwegian 70 times once. So we have to step on the gas to (aeh, I guess that's some idiom or something... *g*) play the prawns off this first festival, and then we play in our - for the time being - most favorite Swedish concert place, Malmø, on August 16th additionally, that's it this time.

- Storåsfestival on Saturday (no, Friday... =;-))?

- A very exciting project we are glad to check out. I/we know the initiator Sveinung Gåte from the past, and we're looking forward to see what he has put up there in Trøndelaget. That has been an ambicious festival from the first second, we like that.

- Then the ballet will be concluded in Bø on Saturday.

- Øyvind Thunder's home place. We expect it to be a good show there, especially now as we have analyzed Øyvind and his Telemarks mentality enough to know which strings must be played up there. This can only be a success.
