- Sorry that there weren't any updates for ages, but the reason is simple: There's not much happening around Kaizers at the moment, and if there is something worth reporting, you can read about it on Twitter. =;-) So you should really follow kaizers_kj on Twitter to get the latest news (you can do that via RSS feed as well if you don't use Twitter). Here on the website, I only post the "big" news or sometimes a short summary of what has been happening. Like today:
Volume one of the Kaizers trilogy is done! That's what Kaizers Orchestra reported on kaizers.no two weeks ago. Here's a list of song titles that have been mentioned up to now - no guarantee though. =;-) The first single will already be out at the end of August! But then we'll have to wait for the second single, namely until the first record is actually released, which will be around the end of January/beginning of February 2011. After that, Kaizers will go on tour until volume two of the trilogy is released (planned for late 2011/early 2012). And then they'll just keep on touring until volume three is out late in 2012. And of course there will be some more touring then, right until summer 2013. Seems like we fans should use 2010 to save up some money for the upcoming tours... =;-)
So no concerts in 2010? That's not entirely true. Actually, Kaizers Orchestra played a concert at Gosen school in Stavanger last Tuesday. The concert was only for former and current students of the school though, and it was a charity concert for UNICEF. You can see some photos here.
And finally, a little shopping tip: If you want a "different" Kaizers t-shirt, get yourself a Kaizers jersey from Bryne FK and support the team at the same time.
