- Kaizers posted some explanations on their web site about how to get the limited album - here's the translation. Actually, I had hoped for an "official" translation containing some specific information for the fans outside of Norway... but it seems that won't happen. So all I can do is spread the info that a letter that costs 26 NOK inside Norway should be 41 NOK to Europe. But it might be a bit difficult to get hold of Norwegian stamps in Europe. =;-) So personally, I would probably go for sending a 50 NOK bill (or 5 Euro) in the letter, if there's no other way. Even though it IS prohibited to send cash in the mail. But well, you gotta decide for yourself if you want to risk that. =;-)
