- Happy new year! Let's get started right away with a couple of Kaizer news...
The tour dates for Germany are finally out! The statement that Kaizers would "mainly play capitals in Europe this time" wasn't quite true, obviously, since Kaizers will play in Frankfurt (March 9), Düsseldorf (March 11), and Leipzig (March 12) this year! Tickets are available starting today, for example here.
The release of Violeta Violeta Vol. II in Germany (and probably in the rest of Europe as well) was moved out a week to January 20. For the DVD, it isn't clear yet if and when it will be released in Germany (however, it is available at cdon.com). During the next week, there will probably be quite a few articles and reviews about Vol. II; I'll collect an overview of links here. If you find other articles (that differ from the ones that are linked already), let me know!
Apart from that, I worked hard and translated the last four articles from kaizers.no. Read what Kaizers Orchestra wrote about Sonny, the release of Vol. II in Norway, Vol. II in the charts and a summary of the year 2011!
The Quizmas calendar is over now - and the lucky winners of a yellow Vol. I vinyl each are the two players with the highest score, Linda and Jez, and En blomst who was lucky in the draw among all other players. Congratulations!
