- Just a little news update:
- All concerts in the Norwegian Opera House in Oslo are done! You can read my report about three of the concerts here. Next weekend, there will be similar concerts in Stavanger, before Kaizers really get started with their club tour. A first pretaste of the club tour was Saturday's concert in Nærbø (setlist) - that sounds really promising for the rest of the tour, doesn't it?
- The crowd funding project for the DVD/Blu-Ray of the opera concert is still running. All Blu-Rays are gone already and there are only very few posters left, but you can still get the DVD. The advantage of getting the DVD now instead of waiting for it to hit the stores: If you buy it now, you'll get a special edition (with a special cover and signed by the band), and you will get it around June 1st. Everyone else has to wait until the "normal" version is released in the fall. By the way, the poster that you can buy in the pledge is a different poster than the one that is sold at the concerts.
- The international release of Vol. III has been delayed until February 15. At the moment, the promotion for the release is starting. Last week, Janove and Helge were on a promo tour in Switzerland, where they were guests at Joiz (very interesting, you should watch it!) and did an interview with Radio RaBe, among other things. Let me know if you know about other promo activities!
- On February 13, Kaizers will play a little concert for the new TV show Studio1 (which is a bit controversial though). All tickets are gone already, but you can watch the show on Norwegian NRK2 on February 20.
