Here's a little FAQ for all holders of a "Kaizercard":Heeeelp! What are we supposed to do?
To get the limited editon version of Kaizers Orchestra's next album sent by mail, you must send in two things: 1. The filled out address card! (the small one with lines) AND 2. the "Kaizercard", (the one with the "Violeta, Violeta"-theme) in the enclosed envelope. We need your address for obvious reasons, and we need the "Kaizercard" to prevent forgers, but we will send it back to you when we send out the album next year! (Some people received two address cards, which is a bit confusing, sorry. Send in ONE of those, preferably the one that is a sticker!)
Postage? The envelope is NOT post-paid, so you must stamp it. In addition, you must SEND ALONG 26 NOK FOR POSTAGE. It is not allowed to send cash by mail, so those 26 NOK must be in form of a stamp!
Deadline? Send by November 1, 2010!
For those of you who have already sent the card and screwed up:
- I have sent the envelope with only the address card inside!
You must send us the "Kaizercard" as well. Write your name on it and send it in. In addition, you must remember the 26 NOK for POSTAGE!
- I have sent the "Kaizercard" and the address card, but no postage!
Send the postage! Include your name, so that we can cross it off the "lacking postage" list!
- I never got a card!
Send us your ticket together with your address and 26 NOK postage, this will be okay!

For those of you who discarded the envelope and don't have the ticket anymore: Unfortunately, we can't help you. If you have neither the ticket nor the Kaizercard, we have no means of knowing that you were there.
