Finally it's the time of the year again to enjoy bright summer nights and walk in the grass up in the north. On this occasion, Kaizers are opening the summer season on the town square in Bryne, with a concert at "Jærnåttå", tomorrow night at 10:00 p.m. It's a homecoming that especially the Kaizers front row is looking forward to!

- Actually, we have several places in Norway that feel like home, but of course it is Bryne that is special for us, Janove Kaizer says.

- I and Geir grew up here, and Terje is from Verdalen, a few kilometers north, so this is as home as can be. Of course this is special.

- A prophet has no honor in his own home town, that's what they say?

- He he, people from Jæren tend to be a bit slow and not of the kind that is easiest to get carried away, but they are nice and cheerful as well. We do experience good support from our hown town, and now we will see if we can't manage to put the vocal chords in use in Jæren as well! I think this will be a great evening on the town square!

Next week will also contain a rare Kaizers experience, this time in more unknown waters, literally. Kaizers will play on the Danskebåt (the boat that goes from Oslo to Copenhagen, translator's note), DFDS Oslo-Copenhagen, on Thursday, June 4th!

DFDS has arranged "Rockcruise" for several years now, which normally means that a Danish band plays on the trip from Copenhagen to Oslo. But now the concept has been extended, so that also some of the best Norwegian bands play on the trip from Oslo to Copenhagen this summer. And for a band that rocks so good as Kaizers, this must be perfect!

- It's time to give the Danskebåt some untamed rock, Geir Kaizer says.

- This here will be a very special concert. The concert place has room for 170 people, so this will be tight and intimate, and there's still some tickets, so just get on board!

- And there are rumors about a unique reunion of a band that broke up in 1969?

- According to the passenger list, it seems that Jarle Klepp and Helge Ombo will be on board that night. We wouldn't wonder if Mathias Rust Band would come up on stage and put things straight! These guys will get cancer in their hands from the Danskebåt esthetics!

Oi! Exclusive experiences are lining up here!

DFDS Oslo-Copenhagen leaves from Oslo on 5 p.m. Thursday and returns 5 p.m. Friday afternoon. So you can get a concert and tax free, plus a day in the Queen's city!
