Jeder von uns hat einen Haufen Erinnerungen an und mit Kaizers Orchestra. Im Rahmen des letzten Quizmas-Kalenders haben viele von Euch mir ihre schönsten Erinnerungen geschickt - und ich fand es so toll, die verschiedenen Ereignisse, Momente und Gedanken zu lesen, dass ich Euch das nicht vorenthalten will.Daher gibt es hier vom 14. September 2015 an ein Jahr lang zweimal die Woche eine neue Erinnerung zu lesen. Vielen Dank an alle Einsender für die tollen Anekdoten, und viel Spaß beim Lesen!
as for me, my nicest memory with kaizers orchestra is, I think, this current moment when I am solving kaizers quizmas questions. It will be quite long story to say the reason why but I will try not to be boring. :)
Actually, When I know about Kaizers orchestra is Feb. 2014. bit late and quite bad timing, right? the band started to take a long break in 2013 and right after that, I knew about them. well, but there is reasonable excuse about lateness because I am Korean(more accurately, South Korean), and there is few opportunity to meet with Scandinavian music in Korea.
So, How I met Kaizers orchestra? that is because of my Norwegian friend who I met in USA for exchange student. She showed me a music video of hjerteknuser, and I was curious about the band so I searched them in youtube after back in my dorm. I saw music video of begravelsespolka, then crushed with Kaizers orchestra.
Actually I don't really remember what I did after falling in love with them. like a thirsty dog eager to water, I wandered tumblr, google, youtube, and fansite... I bought some albums in ebay, too. (bit hard for me to buy album from norway lol)
even I started to learn norwegian. ( still bad tho)
but though I search about them more and more, most of the events and concerts are already ended. this fact made me sad sometimes as a late starter. often I thought "If I knew them earlier". then I discovered this Quizmas event!
It has been progressed already half but I was really happy about the fact that I can participate in it currently as one of the Kaizers orchestra's fan, with others!
So that's why my best memory with Kaizers is now. but seriously I am really happy everyday, every moment because of Kaizers except for quizmas lol
