Sorry - nur auf Englisch...

Finally! The "Maestro"-tour is on the way. As support, Kaizers take with them Geoff Berner. The Canadian accordion specialist is the support act for the whole tour.

The starting shot for the "Maestro"-tour will happen at Folken in Stavanger. If you don't have a ticket, you should regret that. The house is full. Tickets gone.

And just to say. Those who have tickets, don't take too much time at the Vorspiel. The old "We wait till 11 p.m. They won't start playing before that anyway" is not true. Berner will go on stage 8:30, Kaizers will rock Stavanger from 9:30.

Who the hell is Berner, you might ask. Well, he comes from Vancouver, Canada, and now he's already close to being a cult figure in the Norwegian music scene. The man plays accordion and finds his inspiration in Jewish folk music. This week, his album "Whiskey Rabbi" comes out.

- Berner has got a place on the bus. Actually, we're gonna use him most as language teacher. Some of us need to polish up their English skill before we take off in the US, Janove grins, while being careful not to "out" the ones in the band with poor language skills.

He promises that the Kaizers gang is longing to get going tonight.

- That's what you can write. People will be blown away. And, make sure that everybody knows not to miss Berner, Janove tells from the front seat of a Golf Cabriolet.

The rest of what he said went under in deafening tunnel noise. Kaizers are on the way - no doubt about that.
